From problem to product

A strong AI product does not start with a model or tool, but with a concrete problem. Where is time being lost? Which decisions are currently made manually? What information is missing? I first map the process, users and desired outcome.

I then design the product structure: what data is needed, which components must work together, where human control remains necessary and how we measure whether the solution truly performs better.

Building without unnecessary complexity

I combine AI with conventional software, automation, dashboards and existing systems. This turns AI from an isolated experiment into a practical part of a workflow. Where a simple rule is sufficient, we do not use an expensive model. Where AI adds value, we apply it deliberately.

The focus is on speed, explainability, manageable costs and ownership of the solution. This makes it possible to start small and develop further with purpose.

My role

I connect strategy, product architecture, user experience, technology and commercial feasibility. This gives organisations one point of contact from idea to prototype and from prototype to working product.
