Challenge

The problem

Daily scheduling required extensive manual work while also accounting for fixed appointments, travel time, geographic spread, working hours and unexpected changes.

Solution

The approach

An interactive planner with a Robaws integration, local route calculation, drag-and-drop, automatic clustering, time validation and a final route check before the schedule is executed.

Result

The impact

Faster scheduling, fewer unnecessary kilometres, better-filled working days and greater control over the feasibility of every route.

I connect strategy, user needs, technology and execution. The result is not an isolated demo, but a product that can be used, maintained and expanded in practice.
