Product development
I develop digital and physical products from a concrete user problem, connecting technology, market knowledge, commercial feasibility and practical implementation.
A clearly defined problem as the starting point
A product becomes distinctive when it solves a clear problem better than existing alternatives. I therefore investigate not only what is technically possible, but especially where users struggle and which properties make a real difference in practice.
In assistive technology, for example, it is not only about features, but also understandable controls, safety, maintenance, organisational deployment and alignment with procurement and social-care processes.
From concept to market
After defining the problem come concept, prototype, suppliers, certification, pricing, positioning and launch. These elements must align from the outset to prevent a technically strong idea from proving commercially or operationally unworkable.
I work iteratively: small enough to learn quickly, but with an architecture and market position that allow further growth.
Product, story and sales channel
A strong product also needs a clear story, evidence and the right sales channel. That is why I connect product development with content, SEO, demonstrations, tenders, partners and direct market feedback.
